Are your providers licensed?
Some are and some are not. Those who are not are under the direct supervision of a licensed staff. They have on-going and regular weekly supervision.
Do you take my insurance?
We take almost all major insurances. Please call our office to check with us. You can also make sure to call your insurance to ensure your benefits.
What should I ask my insurance?
Ask them if HCA NPI 1982164570 is contracted with them, what your deductible is for out patient/in office mental health, what your copay or co-insurance is for out patient/in office mental health.
What will my first session look like?
Prior to your session you will receive an email link to our encrypted client portal. You will need to complete all the documents in the portal prior to the session. If you do not complete the documents, you can come into the office to compete them prior to your session. On the day of your session, your provider will review your fees and consents to give you the time to ask any questions about what you have signed. Your provider will begin to assess your mental health needs and goals to ensure that a proper treatment plan is created specifically for your treatment.
What is your cancelation policy?
We have a very strict cancelation policy due to the high demand of mental health services. If you cancel with your provider more than 48 hours prior to your session there is no fee. If you call within the 48 hours of your session, you will be charged an $80 fee ( if your sliding scale is less than $80, you will be charged the equivalent to your sliding scale fee).
Why do I need to put a credit or debit card on file?
We have a very strict cancelation policy and the fees for missed sessions will be charged to the card on file. At times, you and the biller will agree to a service payment and this card will be used to make the agreed upon payments.

Who should I contact if I need to cancel or reschedule?
You have several options:
1. You can log into the portal and cancel and request a new appointment, however, you need to make sure you pick your correct provider, if you do not, this could result in missed session fees.
2. You can contact your provider directly via email or phone.
3. You can call the office and leave a message not he general line - it will time stamp your call and notify your provider.
